2, gas pressure control valve and air pressure control valve action should be sensitive, do not lag behind, to ensure that burning gas pressure and air pressure stability, to ensure full combustion of gas.
3, exhaust gas exhaust fan speed stable, reduce the combustion flame fluctuations.
4, combustion-supporting air heat exchanger can not have leakage, to avoid air by exhaust gas blower, the impact of gas and air mixed combustion ratio.
5, the heat exchanger connection flange and seal can not have leakage, to avoid the external cold air enter, as far as possible to improve combustion air temperature.
6, if the conditions and funding permitting, should be installed large-scale heat exchangers, the use of emissions to the plant outside the waste heat (up to 390 ℃ first preheating air, air into the burner tube heat exchanger two times after preheating air, improve combustion air temperature.
